Pigs & Pinots Wine Tasting
Come enjoy assorted Pinot Grigios, Pinot Blancs, and Pinot Noirs from many regions paired with the cuisine of Michael's Tasting Room. Chef Michael will be cooking a suckling pig in a Caja China, and cooking the paella above its coals. Passed Hors D'oeuvres will precede the mains, and will be accompanied by a salad and baguette. A casual afternoon event with the ability to purchase wines tasted.
